We were having trouble finding someone to help us with our landscape and help us plan new patios, sidewalks and drainage. Landworks Landscape built three French drains for my yard. There were drains installed on the right and left side of my house and a drain in front yard that tied into the left drain. These side of house drains were approximately 100 feet long and the front yard drain was approximately 20 feet long. I am impressed with the quality of materials used, ie pipes, lining material, and stones/rocks. They used medium duty powered machines on the job and used plywood sheets to drive the machines on to protect my grass. They used a special machine to cut out the top layer of grass, roll the grass up like rolling up carpet, and them roll it out and reinstalled the grass in the area from which it was originally cut.
The size of the work crew was 6-7. The young men that dug and filled the trenches were exceptional in operating the machines. One of the older men that did the general project overseeing had several years of experience. The crew paid careful attention to construction details. After construction they removed all of the leftover project debris. Excess dirt was also hauled away.
Jonathan regularly checked on the status and state of the project. Jonathan and crew responded satisfactory to all questions and comments. I am a customer who likes to understand the details of projects.
I highly recommend the company. The company is currently engaged in other neighborhood drainage projects and have satisfied customers in neighborhood drainage projects in the past.
