Our renovations don’t always have to start from scratch. Part of this project included repairing the brick patio. We salvaged as many of the bricks we could, leveled out the area and then laid the brick back down. Other features of the project include a striking flagstone walkway and second patio, a rose bed with rocks, grading, sod and pine straw mulch installation and new downspout drainage, We removed two trees as well.
