Erosion was happening underneath the driveway of this home, so we bored through it 20 feet to install a drain. We also installed a French drain and downspout drain by the front porch to keep water from collecting on the porch itself. Downspout drains were installed in the backyard, too, and a French drain by the retaining wall to relieve pressure on the wall as it had improper drainage. Once the drainage was complete, we installed new rock beds behind the house, by the fence and by the retaining wall.
