The sandy hill surrounding this home suffered from serious erosion issues which eventually allowed water to run under the house. We discovered the existing drainage system wasn't sufficient enough to handle the volume of water, so we installed a French drain to collect the water and pipe it behind the house. We also bermed up under the porch for extra protection and to clear a path for water. We installed two pipes for the French drain across the front of the house for maximum capacity.
