This homeowner had a large amount of water coming from the hill behind their house and, at its worst, had gotten into the pool. We installed an extra-large capacity French drain by the retaining wall and pool deck to collect the water before it got to the pool. We also added a small French drain next to the house/back porch to collect water there. We re-graded the yard to encourage more positive run-off of surface water.  All the drains exit through our custom curb drain.
