This commercial project was more about drainage solutions, less about landscaping services. The Magnolia Apartments in Nacogdoches was experiencing major erosion issues, including mole runs and a compromised retaining wall. We employed multiple drainage techniques to correct it, most of which is explained in Jonathan's pre-project walkthrough below. That said, we did cover up our extensive digging with hardscapes, sod and updated flower beds!
