Jonathan and the Landworks Landscapes crew will use native plants in our landscaping designs if the opportunity arises. We particularly like native grasses like Muhly Grass or Mexican Feather Grass. We’ve found them to be low maintenance and intriguing in a breeze. 

Muhly Grass is particularly attractive in the fall when it turns a nice pink plume. It’s a unique feature for landscapes and very hardy in our climate. The maintenance on it is also very minimal. Our team only trims the grass back one time in February which is why we recommend it often.
